This policy explains what information Veridescent (VCent Gaming) ("we", "us") collects when you use www.vcentgaming.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and picture. If you create an email account, we store a securely hashed password, never the password itself. Activity: game scores, points, streaks, cashout requests, city preference, and coupon and advertisement clicks. Messages you send us through the contact form. Technical data: cookies needed to keep you signed in, plus basic analytics about how pages are used.
How we use information
We use it to run your account and games, show leaderboards and local deals, process demo cashout requests, prevent fraud and abuse, answer your messages, send account emails such as password resets, measure clicks for sponsors and partners in aggregate, and improve the site.
Affiliate links and cookies
When you click a deal, you leave our site and go to a merchant or an affiliate network. Those third parties may set their own cookies to track the referral, and their privacy policies apply. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, sign-in and analytics), when the law requires it, or to protect our users and services. Leaderboards show your display name and points to other players.
Data retention and security
We keep account data while your account is active, and delete it when you or we remove the account. Password reset links expire after one hour. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@vcentgaming.com or use the contact form and choose "Privacy request".
Children
www.vcentgaming.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the "last updated" date when we do. Last updated: June 2026.
